How to double firefox speed.

I tried this myself and it works like a charm. Note, it is a reconfiguration of the default settings so if youre a beginner it may not be in your best interest to do this and youre ending up asking TT how to get it back :lol:

I dont know why firefox's default settings are so slow like that for someone to have to fix the settings to get the fastest browsing.

In the directions, it says:

This preference controls if the application will interrupt parsing a page to respond to UI events. It does not exist by default.
Right-click (Apple users ctrl-click) anywhere in the about:config window, select New and then Boolean from the pop-up menu.

No. After doing all of the changes, I just closed the browser and reopened.
